If your bill balance is higher than what you are accustomed to, take these factors into consideration:
Each Postpaid plan comes with data allotment. For example, the Freedom 120 + Data 59 plan comes with 2.35GB of data.
If you are on a Freedom Postpaid Plan without a Credit limit, data overage will be blocked. This means once your data is exhausted, you will not incur any additional data charges. You will however have the option of purchasing a data add on for $17 per gigabyte. If you decide to, the cost of the data add on of your choice will be shown on your next bill.
If you are on a Postpaid Plan with a Credit limit, data services can still be used after the allotted data bundle is depleted. It will be charged at the prevailing overage rate of WST $0.33 per MB.
Freedom Postpaid Plans that have an approved a Credit limit from the customer should expect excess charges from all International calls/sms made. This means that international transactions will therefore be shown separately on your bill. You will be able to see the date/time calls/sms were made, and the respective charges. International charges vary depending on the location of your call/sms and would therefore be shown separately on your bill.
These are transactions made outside your bundle allotment or once your bundle has been fully exhausted.
It is important to note that some transactions (Data charges and Credit U) do not take Credit Limit into consideration. For example, if your Credit Limit is $5000, it is possible for this to be exceeded as a result of data charges or Credit U transactions.
In order to have roaming activated, Postpaid customers are required to contact their dedicated Corporate Account Manager or simply dial the Corporate Care line 123 for verification. Roaming is charged for both incoming and outgoing transactions (calls, messages, data). Once you are Roaming, you will incur charges based on Standard roaming rates for Calls, text messages and data. These transactions will be shown on your next bill.
If call divert is enabled on your device, ALL calls going to voicemail will be charged.
